MS Maintenance Solutions was founded in 2014, by Directors, Robbie Vincent, Paul
Irving, and Steve Bates. Each of whom has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. They have aimed to create a personalised
service and ensure all employees feel part of a strong company culture
providing purpose and a sense of belonging. 9 years on, MS have succeeded by
sticking to these 2 original values; creating a bespoke service for our
partners and community and togetherness for the MS team.

MS become ISO Accredited and reached an impressive £1M Turnover. By the end of the year, we had acquired 62 Sites and had a headcount of 40 employees.
Our journey to Carbon Neutral began. We introduced our First Hybrid Vehicle to the fleet and increased our employee count to 60 employees providing M&E services to 166 Sites.
We expanded to our new HQs in Chilton. We also implemented our MS Apprentice Scheme to support our ever-growing talented and engaged workforce.
MS introduced 2 new successful divisions, Drainage and Electrical. We also purchased our First Electric Vehicle.
We now have over 100 employees working in the business and maintain over 280 buildings including 11 static sites across London and the South of England. Our aim is to continue our steady growth in all aspects of the business and be carbon neutral by 2025.
