Engineer of the Quarter – Q3 2022

This quarter we were inundated with nominations but we are pleased to say we have two engineers that have won the Engineer of the Quarter award, Rob Roberts and Trevor Evans.

MS always like to recognise the hard work of our employees

Rob has been voted for by his colleagues for his continual positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, no matter what is asked of him. His colleagues describe him as polite and always respectful of other staff at MS, in particular, our Helpdesk Team and he works quickly to respond to queries to ensure our quick response times are maintained.

Trevor has been nominated for always supporting other members of staff and the ability to pick up extra work whenever needed. He is a humble and patient member of the team. Trevor has worked particularly hard this quarter to support the growth of our Drainage Division which we are proud to say we now maintain 95% of delivery in-house.

Well done to both for wining Engineer of the Quarter and keep up the good work!

Trevor Evans
Rob Roberts
