We aspire to achieve 5% of our workforce in earn and learn positions (including apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formalised training schemes).
MS understand that our apprentices are the future of our business and industry. Training and skills development is very important, and we will continue to invest in the future training of our employees.
Our latest apprentice has recently completed and passed his Plumbing and Heating NVQ course. We are now looking into placing him on an Enhancement Course, to enable him to attend a Commercial Gas Course.
He says “MS have always supported me throughout my training and qualification. Once my initial training had been completed they ensured I was shadowing experienced engineers and allowed me to go to complex callouts so I could better my knowledge and experience.”
In the last few weeks we have welcomed Ryan to the team. Ryan, is training to be a gas engineer and is working alongside one of our mobile combustion engineers while he studies and learns his trade.
