MS Contract Win – Collier’s International, Hyde House, London

We would like to announce our latest contract win, providing building services for Colliers International at Hyde House, in the heart of Edgware, London.

The building comprises commercial tenanted office space and landlord-demised areas.

MS will maintain and deliver all aspects of PPM and provide a 24/7 reactive call-out facility. For the building services that will not be delivered by in-house engineers, we will manage subcontracted works and small M&E projects onsite including statutory compliance.

The Managing Agent wanted a partner to maintain the property to SFG20 standards and proactively offer proposals and innovations to improve the working environment and performance of their building.

MS has been working with Colliers International for 8 years. Over these years we have worked closely in building a collaborative approach to building services focussing on innovation and sustainability. We centre our ESG efforts at the forefront of our services.

MS look forward to further securing our partnership with Colliers in which we can support their needs and aspirations.
