MS Maintenance was awarded the Building Services Contract at Regal House, in January 2021.
Regal house boasts state-of-the-art finishes, fantastic natural light, a coffee bistro, a gym and an in-house concierge, it is more of a lifestyle space than an office. The property consists of 10 floors, most of which are occupied and are mainly serviced offices. The heating/cooling throughout the building is delivered via VRV/VRF and split/multi-split systems with an array of other plant as you would expect from a building of this calibre. On award, it was an attractive proposition that our Account Manager is AC-biased and has a wealth of knowledge in this field.
