MS Maintenance Solutions Ltd (MS), is a leading company in the field of engineering and maintenance within the Building Services industry. They are extremely proud to be a member of the 5% club, with over 6% of their staff currently in ‘Earn and Learn’ positions within the company. One such example is Ryan, an apprentice in the MS mechanical service team, who works under the guidance of his line manager, Sam. We had the opportunity to speak to Sam and Ryan about their working relationship and how they collaborate to ensure Ryan’s success and growth during his apprenticeship.
