Employee of the Quarter Winners – Q3 2023

This quarter marks a significant milestone in our company’s growth journey, as we proudly celebrate surpassing the 100-employee mark. This achievement is a testament to our collective efforts and the remarkable progress we have made together. On behalf of the directors at MS, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for our employees’ dedication and commitment to the company. Their tireless efforts have played a pivotal role in shaping our success, and we are deeply appreciative.

Following another successful nomination process in Q3, we would like to congratulate the below on their Employee of the Quarter wins:

Office Employee – Joanne Jackson

We would like to congratulate Joanne Jackson on her EOTQ win this quarter. Jo has proven herself an invaluable member of the MS head office team time and time again, willing to support across all areas of the business.

Although Jo is leaving us this week, we feel it important to honour her nominations and recognise all of the efforts she has put into the business over the past 15 months.

Thank you, Jo, for all your hard work, we wish you the very best of luck in your future endeavours.

Engineer – Jamie Barns

Jamie has been nominated several times this quarter for his willingness to go out of his way to help others, even taking time out of his own to do so. He has offered support to other teams, driving forward the capabilities of the Electrical Division and involving himself in charity events and marketing initiatives to help promote the business.

Jamie’s endless commitment and hard work is deserving of Engineer of the Quarter. Thank you, Jamie, keep up the good work!

Client’s Choice – Dave Whitcombe

Dave has received a range of positive feedback this quarter from several of our clients.  His clear communication and great service have been recognised across the board, particularly when dealing with complicated works that require great attention to detail and thorough planning.  Dave uses his skillset to further develop client relationships while supporting our internal teams.

Thank you, Dave, for your continued hard work and commitment to the business.
