Employee of the Quarter Winners – Q4 2023

As we look back on the achievements of the previous quarter, we express our gratitude to every member of the MS team. Your dedication and hard work have been instrumental in propelling us forward. Our successful nomination process in Q4, was inundated with nominations, however, we would like to congratulate the below on their Employee of the Quarter wins:

 

Office Employee – Charlotte Hutt, Helpdesk Administrator

 

Charlotte has earned Q4’s Employee of the Quarter for her exceptional contribution to our Helpdesk Team, as highlighted by several of her colleagues. Known for her upbeat and down-to-earth demeanour, she consistently goes above and beyond to help resolve issues, making her a standout member of the team. Charlotte’s positive attitude extends to all those she interacts with, and her willingness to assist and encourage makes her a pleasure to work with. Her proactive approach and commitment to MS’ success make her a worthy winner this quarter.

 

Engineer – Graham Cripps, Mobile Maintenance Engineer

 

Graham has been awarded EOTQ for his exceptional dedication and outstanding performance, as recognised by his fellow colleagues. His commitment to delivering a professional experience to clients is unparalleled, consistently going above and beyond in his responsibilities. Despite any on-site challenges, Graham has demonstrated exceptional perseverance. Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and focus, Graham’s exceptional work ethic and positive impact on both the site and client relations make him a well-deserved recipient of this recognition.

 

Director’s Choice – Anita Lightfoot, Credit Controller

 

Anita has been recognised by the Directors for consistently prioritising the company’s best interests. She goes above and beyond, exceeding expectations even outside her designated role. Anita’s dedicated efforts in reducing aged debt have been notably impactful, garnering praise from the entire management team. Her commitment and hard work make her a source of pride for the company, solidifying her as a valuable asset and deserving winner of EOTQ.
