MS Maintenance Solutions Ltd Achieves Elite CHAS Accreditation: Elevating Safety Standards

MS Maintenance Solutions Ltd (MS) has proudly received its CHAS certificate of accreditation, a distinguished mark of excellence in health and safety procurement standards within the construction industry.

CHAS, known as the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme, stands as the respected third-party assurance of a company’s proficiency in maintaining elevated health and safety standards. Though not legally mandated, it often serves as a pivotal requirement in tender processes, particularly within building services.

This certificate serves as tangible evidence of MS’s alignment with CHAS standards, as per the requisites of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) and UK health and safety regulations.

Glen Irving, QSHE Manager, commented, “CHAS accreditation serves as a swift indicator to Facilities Managers that they can entrust our business with full confidence.” He further expressed, “We are delighted to announce that MS has attained the Elite Accreditation under the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). This recognition reflects our dedication to safety excellence and compliance standards.”

We are dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of health and safety across all aspects of our business, from our working practices to our management systems.

The CHAS Elite Accreditation reaffirms our commitment to creating a secure and healthy work environment for our team members and clients alike.
