Employee of the Quarter Winners – Q1 2024

Another successful quarter at MS has brought an abundance of positive feedback and noteworthy achievements to celebrate among our employees. Our unique culture empowers MS staff to nominate their peers and recognise accomplishments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where achievements are celebrated and talents are acknowledged.

Directors Choice – Glen Irving, QSHE Manager

Glen has been recognised by the Directors for consistently prioritising the company’s commitment to Health and Safety. He is an invaluable asset to our company, supporting all members of staff across various areas of the business. Going above and beyond, exceeding expectations even outside his designated role, Glen demonstrates his full support for all. 

Glen’s dedicated efforts in implementing and enhancing health and safety protocols have been notably impactful, garnering praise from the senior management team. His unwavering commitment to his responsibilities and his genuine willingness to support others make him an invaluable asset to our organisation.  

Despite his demanding workload, Glen consistently delivers exceptional results, earning him the directors’ choice for Employee of the Quarter. His unwavering dedication to the success of our company and the well-being of our team embodies the core values of MS. 

Office Employee – Orianna Lubisco, Helpdesk Administrator

Orianna embodies positivity and dedication in every task she undertakes. Her colleagues have consistently praised her for her polite and prompt responses, showcasing her efficiency and reliability. Orianna’s diligence and commitment to excellence never go unnoticed, as she continually strives to learn and grow in her role. 

Orianna handles issues and concerns with care and efficiency, demonstrating her commitment to delivering excellent service. Orianna’s eagerness to learn and her willingness to take on feedback highlight her dedication to personal and professional growth.  

Engineer – Stuart Roach, Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Stuart takes full accountability in his role, consistently taking charge of the quality of his sites and the actions required to ensure their success. Stuart’s proactive approach in taking this ownership reflects his dedication to achieving excellence. 

Additionally, Stuart’s readiness to assist the management team underscores his commitment to the collective success of the company. His availability and willingness to support when needed make him an invaluable asset to the team. Stuart’s commitment to performing at a high level and his proactive ownership of his responsibilities have made him a standout member of our team this quarter and previous.
