Employee of the Quarter Winners – Q2 2024

Another successful quarter has passed, solidifying our commitment to our employees. We are poised to drive the next few years forward, and our progress has created numerous opportunities within the business, leading to new positions and growth prospects. This expansion supports our company’s growth and offers immense potential for personal and professional development for our employees. To recognise our team’s hard work and dedication, we are excited to announce this Employee of the Quarter awards, celebrating individuals who have gone above and beyond:

Engineer of the Quarter

Marian Cobzariu – Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Marian has been voted Engineer of the Quarter, a recognition well-deserved for his exceptional dedication and teamwork. Though often working quietly behind the scenes, Marian consistently steps up to assist wherever needed, demonstrating a remarkable willingness to support colleagues and tackle challenges head-on. His ability to float under the radar while making significant contributions has not gone unnoticed. Recently, a client specifically praised Marian’s hard work in an email to his manager, his expertise, commitment, and collaborative spirit have made a profound impact on our services.

Congratulations, Marian, on this outstanding achievement and thank you for your invaluable efforts!

Employee of the Quarter

Molly Taylor – Help Desk Coordinator

Congratulations to Molly Taylor for winning the Q2 Employee of the Quarter award!

Molly has been voted by her peers this quarter, winning the most votes at our Head Office facility. Molly has had a fantastic start in her role, demonstrating politeness, attentiveness, and overall excellence. Despite the many changes that have occurred since she started, she has embraced the MS values and commitment to excellence. She always works hard, consistently smiles, and is eager to help whenever needed. She has integrated seamlessly into the team, proving to be a genuinely nice person willing to assist others.  Keep up the great work, Molly!

Director’s Choice

As a Credit Controller, Richard has impressed the Directors with how swiftly and effectively he has adapted to his role since joining MS. He has quickly mastered his responsibilities and achieved significant success in a short period.
