From handling call outs to supporting projects like a recent large and complex client refurb, his calm, focused approach has been invaluable. As one colleague put it: “Arthur just makes things smoother for everyone—he’s five steps ahead before you even know you need help.”

Suzi has been a vital support to the MS divisions, going above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. From managing the Fabric inbox to ensuring client processes run cleanly end-to-end, she’s known for being knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to help. In short: “Just a great contribution to the team.”
Director’s Choice Award: Dan Bell
Dan has earned this Employee Recognition Award from the Directors for his ongoing reliability and initiative. He’s taken on portfolio management without hesitation, contributed to key projects, and brings a “can do, will do” mindset to everything he tackles. His efforts have been a real asset to the team, and this award is well deserved.
