Employee of the Quarter Q4 Employee Recognition Awards

As we kick off 2026, we are thrilled to announce our Q4 Employee Recognition AwardsTony Savino, Sarah Batchelor, Sam Goldspink, and Stuart Roach.

Each of them has made outstanding contributions over the past few months, and it’s important we celebrate their achievements:

  • Tony Savino continues to deliver excellent and consistent performance. Both buildings he works in have recently won awards, and Tony is an integral part of the team that provides this outstanding level of service. He goes above and beyond on a daily basis, earning positive feedback from clients, his account manager, and supervisor alike.
  • Sarah Batchelor has impressed everyone with how quickly she has learned and adapted in her new role. She jumped in with confidence, embraced new challenges, and has already made a strong impact, showing great potential and commitment to her team.

  • Sam Goldspink consistently goes above and beyond, accommodating all work given to him without issue and completing multiple call-outs in a day while maintaining a high standard. His thorough worksheets and attention to detail make him a real credit to the Drainage team, and his support is greatly appreciated by the team and helpdesk.
  • Stuart Roach, despite being new to the supervisor role, has stepped up during the absence of an Account Manager, managing a busy portfolio with high competency. He consistently delivers results, is always where he needs to be, and has proven himself to be reliable and dependable.

Please join me us congratulating them for their hard work, dedication, and exemplary performance.

We’re looking forward to an exciting year ahead and all that 2026 has in store!
