In August 2022, MS Maintenance Ltd received instructions from consultants and the building owner to remove all plant from the roof to allow for a new roof membrane with 150mm insulation to be added, and all HVAC plant on the roof to be replaced or renovated, including the CWS tank.
8 Old Jewry Case Study
MS has held a maintenance contract at 8 Old Jewry since March 2018. We attend the site twice a week for planned preventative maintenance and hold a comprehensive reactive callout service.
Regal House Drainage Case Study
MS Maintenance was awarded the Building Services Contract at Regal House, in January 2021. Regal house boasts state-of-the-art finishes, fantastic natural light, a coffee bistro, a gym and an in-house concierge, it is more of a lifestyle space than an office.
Chiller Replacement, Watford Case Study
MS carried out a chiller replacement project in September 2022 as part of an ongoing energy reduction plan.
Following several discussions with the client, they requested Energy saving suggestions to reduce their building’s EPC energy rating to a C.
The Account Manager gave a detailed report on where significant savings could be made. He brought the chiller to their attention, it was no longer running efficiently and had come to the end of it’s lifecycle.
Regal House Case Study
MS Maintenance was awarded the Building Services Contract at Regal House, in January 2021.
Initially, at the point of inception, we provided a detailed building condition report to highlight a full overview of the assets on-site and their conditional status as well as recommendations for consideration/budget.
Belmont House Case Study
MS acquired Belmont House, Uxbridge in December 2016. MS Maintenance has retained this contract over the following five years, despite the change in managing agent three times.
MS has made considerable reductions and cost savings in electricity at a 33.5% reduction and gas consumption at 77.8% in the last quarter through adjusting certain set points and time zones over the plant.
New Fetter Lane Case Study
In June 2020, MS was awarded a 3-year M&E contract as CBRE’s Building Services provider at 1 New Fetter Lane.
MS supplies a full-time on-site, multi-skilled engineer that completes all PPMs to SFG20 standards
and manage all reactive callouts.
