The MS drainage division was launched in 2020 and now stands as its own entity. Our team of specialist engineers work to the same ethos as that of MS, making customer service at the forefront of everything we do. With 100% of our drainage offerings delivered in-house, we can provide significantly lower hourly rates than the average drainage company rates.


Our AC Division consists of a team of dedicated engineers that work solely in the Air Conditioning field. The team are highly skilled and specialist engineers who complete all PPMs and small works at our contracted client sites. The AC Division, support the wider engineering team at MS, working towards a more efficient operation of our client’s buildings. Our aim is to lead our clients towards cost-effective, energy saving solutions.


Our Fabric Division was set up in 2022 when we saw the opportunity to bring much of our fabric project work in-house. The division runs efficiently by maintaining one point of contact, conducting a Building Familiarisation Study, agreeing on a schedule of rates and performance criteria and quoting within 24 hours. We work for greater value for money for our clients and our customer-focus approach allows for strong facilities management and PPM regimes, within our Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric services.


The MS Electrical Division was launched in 2019. We have a team of 5 electrical engineers that form their own entity under the MS umbrella. Our expert electricians work hard to help our clients achieve the required EPC ratings, completing small project works improving the efficiency of electrical plant or in many cases replacing old redundant equipment. With energy management a vital component within the building services arena we strive to support our clients hit their carbon reduction goals.


With Energy management a top priority for most businesses, our main aim is to help support your goal of becoming net zero by 2050. Our comprehensive 5 stage approach to Energy Management enables us to look at and identify key aspects of the building that can be improved. From analysing historic data and factors within a building such as occupancy levels we can make significant energy savings reductions and suggestions.


Our newest division. We work closely with BMS systems at our client sites focusing on the control, performance and efficiency of energy usage and comfort control to create ‘SMART buildings. We work hard to understand different environments and the balance between cost, comfort, safety, health and well-being.
