MS Maintenance Solutions was founded in 2014, by Directors, Robbie Vincent, Paul Irving, and Steve Bates. Each of whom have over 25 years’ experience in the industry.



MS is committed to providing a high level of training and commitment to all our staff and is a proud member of the 5% club, with 7.84% of our workforce in earn and learn positions.
Our apprentice scheme enables us to work with individuals and develop their skills to become relevant to our organisation, client requirements, and specific to our contracted sites. We aim to adapt the training required to motivate employees and help them achieve new skills while continuing to expand and upskill our workforce.
